Travel America Safely

In 2025, the National Transportation Safety Organization (NTSO) launched the Travel America Safely campaign, a nationwide initiative focused on promoting safe driving behaviors and saving lives on our roadways. Building on the successful foundation of the Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning’s Drive Michigan Safely messaging from the early 2000s, this campaign expands those proven principles to reach communities across the country. Travel America Safely emphasizes personal responsibility, public awareness, and the importance of making safe choices every time we get behind the wheel.
