Board of Directors
Pursuant to the Restated Bylaws adopted to be effective on November 30, 2017, the National Transportation Safety Organization's Board of Directors are elected to three-year terms.
The Board of Directors holds regular meetings four times per year, schedules special meetings when required, and may meet in executive session. The Board and its committees also meet informally from time to time.
The Board believes sound corporate governance practices provide an important framework in assisting the Board to discharge its responsibilities. Accordingly, the Board has adopted a conflict of interest policy that relates to its functions, structure, and operations.
